name change Empty name change

hello KVD, seems like when i changed my name and logged in tonight, i may have lost my squad membership? i see no squad chat , nor can i see the squad info i usually see upon login. one member said he noticed me login but it took a pm , not squad chat channel to contact him. has this happened to anyone else? thanks.
